Returns and Exchanges
At ELLUXE, we want you to love every purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to help.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- To start an exchange, email with your order number and preferred replacement item.
If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send photos and your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards or promotional items
Processing Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your return is not approved, we’ll contact you to discuss options.
