Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If your return is rejected (e.g., due to wear, damage, or missing tags), we’ll notify you and may return the item to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items worn or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider. If it’s still missing, please contact us.
